About the program

Conditional cash transfer program (CCT) for vulnerable families which have among its members children, the chronically ill, with special needs, the elderly, pregnant and breastfeeding mothers provided in order to increase their income, human capital and improve their health situation. Beneficiaries receive a monetary bonus, subject to compliance responsibilities.

Components and/or products


The program unifies three CCTs:

  1. School transportation.
  2. Fund for the needy.
  3. Public assistance program.

The aforementioned programs no longer exist and the beneficiaries have been integrated into the SEED program.

The following receive monthly monetary aid:

  1. Students (3 to 18 years of age) from public schools that have an attendance rate of 95%.
  2. Vulnerable households whose members attend health checks and participate in working groups.
